Having spent years working within major Indonesian telecommunications operators, he developed deep expertise in the full lifecycle of network infrastructure — from planning and rollout through to maintenance and expansion. At CST, Suseno leads all operational activities, ensuring every project is executed with precision, on schedule, and to the highest technical standards. His direct industry relationships and ground-level operational knowledge make him a critical asset in delivering complex, multi-site projects such as the Amazon Project Kuiper Ground Gateway Terminal program.

Sigit combines a technical background in electrical engineering with sharp commercial instincts developed over years in Indonesia's telecommunications industry. His experience working alongside major telco operators gave him a unique understanding of both the technical requirements and business dynamics of large-scale infrastructure projects. At CST, Sigit leads the company's growth strategy — identifying new project opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing relationships with key clients including tower companies, operators, and international technology partners. His ability to bridge the technical and commercial worlds is central to CST's positioning as a trusted contractor for high-profile projects.

Noviyadi brings a strong civil engineering background to CST's project management function, with expertise spanning construction planning, structural analysis, and on-site execution. His engineering discipline ensures that every project under his supervision adheres to structural integrity standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. At CST, Noviyadi oversees the end-to-end delivery of construction projects — coordinating field teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that milestones are achieved on time and within specification. His methodical approach to project control has been instrumental in CST's ability to simultaneously execute projects across multiple locations in Indonesia.

Hanafi brings over 18 years of deep technical experience across Indonesia's telecommunications infrastructure landscape, with a career spanning field engineering, network optimization, and senior project management at globally recognized organizations. His foundation was built at Ericsson Indonesia, where he progressed from Field Maintenance Engineer to ITC Coordinator — managing BSC/RNC swap projects for Telkomsel across Sumatra and Kalimantan involving thousands of sites. He subsequently served as Implementation Manager for Ericsson AB in Papua New Guinea, leading the delivery of 3,000 new sites for the Digicel Project. At PT Palapa Ring Timur, Hanafi played a pivotal role in constructing 52 backbone and repeater towers across Papua's most challenging terrain — from Nabire to Wamena and Jayapura to Sarmi. At CST, Hanafi leads quality control across all active project sites, ensuring that every deliverable meets the required technical specifications, safety standards, and client acceptance criteria — a role he is uniquely positioned for given his end-to-end understanding of telecommunications infrastructure from the field level up.
